Łukasz Nowak was born in Zabrze. The graduate of the Vocal and Drama Institute at The Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice.
His first encounter with classical music took place when he became the member of The Norbert Grzegorz Kroczek choir Resonans con tutti based in Zabrze. That is where the love of music, which became his true passion, began.

The oratorio-cantata music plays truly exceptional part in the artist’s life. For several years Łukasz Nowak has been cooperating with outstanding musicians, ensambles and orchestras specializing in performing early music in Poland and abroad. The cooperation involved, among others: Concerto Polacco / Sine Nomine directed by Marek Toporowski, Ars Nova under the direction of Jacek Urbaniak, Camerata Silesia conducted by Anna Szostak and many others.

Łukasz Nowak has been performing at many festivals, such as the Bregenz Festival in Austria, Nicolaus of Radom International Festival of Early Music - Ars Antiqua, Wratislavia Cantans, Easter Festival of Ludvig van Beethoven, Festival of Oratorio Music - Musica Sacromontana in Gostyń, Grzegorz Gerwazy Gorczycki International Festival and many others.

The artist has also succeeded in recording several audio and video compact discs, among which we can find: Józef Zeidler -„Musica Sacromontana” conducted by Marek Toporowski (the CD was awarded the Fryderyk in category “Album of the year-Choral and Oratorio Music” in 2008), Georges Bizet - „Carmen” conducted by Tomasz Biernacki, prepared for Musical Theatre in Gliwice (awarded with the Golden Mask in 2006), Karol Szymanowski –„King Roger” directed by Sir Mark Elder and others.
Since May 2009 he has been working as a solo singer at Camerata Silesia - The Katowice City Singers’ Ensemble.

Łukasz Nowak is currently developing his vocal mastery, basic aim of which is not only rhetoric and perfection of performance, but, above all, creating music in a way that will be memorable. Knowing that two performances of the same composition will never be identical, Łukasz Nowak focuses on unique and exceptional transference of the full scope of emotions and his self, as the singing is not experienced only by the audience. Above all it is very intimate sensation of the artist. Being in that role the singer is always trying to share his affection for music with the audience. It enables establishing the unique dialogue between him and the listeners, who in turn can also experience the performance in a very personal way.
